Sustainability is not a single project for us — it is the sum of everyday choices in the rooms, the kitchen and the office.
Water
Water-saving fittings in bathrooms, leak checks as part of daily housekeeping, and towels and linen changed when you ask rather than by default.
Waste
Separate collection of paper, plastic, glass and batteries, fewer single-use items at breakfast and in the rooms, and careful portioning to avoid food waste.
Local first
Breakfast products, cleaning supplies and services sourced from local producers and neighbourhood businesses in Sirkeci and Eminönü wherever we can.

Skipping a daily room clean saves water, energy and cleaning products — just let the front desk know.

- 02Reuse your towels — leave them on the rail, and we will know you want to keep them.
- 03Switch off lights, TV and air-conditioning when you leave the room.
- 04Keep showers short and turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.
- 05Bring a refillable bottle — ask us where to fill it up.
- 06Sort your waste using the bins in the common areas.
- 07Take only what you will eat at the breakfast buffet.
- 08Explore by tram, Marmaray, ferry or on foot — everything is close.
- 09Shop and eat at small local businesses around the hotel.
